Bullying has become quite a sensation recently, and though we hate to see it happen to our kids, we have to teach them proper responses to bullying situations. Our programs can help offer them solutions to confrontations that will keep them safe and allow them to protect themselves, while hopefully teaching their bully that they messed with the wrong kid, without truly harming them. Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Having someone give up a fight without having to hurt them is truly unique to Jiu-Jitsu. Jiu-Jitsu, in Japanese, is loosely translated to “the gentle way.”
This does not mean it is not effective in rough and intense situations. BJJ can be a great self defense tool for children. Smaller children can learn to defend themselves against much bigger children and “win” a fight without ever striking their aggressor.
Boxing is a traditional combat sport that harnesses a childs will and athleticism and builds their strength of mind and body unlike any other sport. Our coaches focus on movement and energy, so dont worry about kids beating on each other and unsafe training. Effective defense and fitness is our focus at young ages.

Our Kids MMA/BJJ program blends Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with Muay Thai Kickboxing and the training methods from Mixed Martial Arts. This program develops physical fitness and self defense skills in a fun and exciting environment where kids can learn self discipline, healthy living, and dedication.
